Successfully promoting your chiropractor practice. Tip 2/13

(3 min)

Tip #2. Turn your website into what the prospective patients are expecting it to be.

(don't make them feel like you are wasting their time).

Everyone hates a slow or poorly designed website, I know I do, and I know you do too.

Every clinic or practice needs a website where potential patients can learn more about you and increase their trust in you being the clinic that they are actually looking for to provide them with:

WHAT DOES YOUR BUSINESS NEED TO GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

  • Where YOUR Business is on its growth journey

  • What YOU need to be focusing on RIGHT NOW to get the next level growth you want

  • Which tools, tips and strategies will move the needle and get you there

1. The right type of treatment

2. The right type of pricing

3. The right type of customer experience

4. The long-term results that they need to improve their quality of life.

This is what people are willing to invest some time into while looking at your website, and they'll give you no more than 3 minutes to show them you cover those points as the first topics of interest they see on your website.

On top of it, truth be told, if your website takes longer than 3 seconds to load, 40% of users will leave thinking that it reflects the entirety of your clinic's type of service delivery.

In this digital age, people expect websites to be fast and clean and, most of all, right to the point (THEIR INTEREST POINTS).

If your website is lacking, there are easy actions you can take to correct this. They include:

Covering right from the top: what you offer, its main benefits, the price for the first session, any bonus or discounts.

Showing with videos and pictures what a great customer experience other patients have had in your clinic, and that it is welcoming, fast, friendly, and effective.

Compressing the pictures and videos to give the website speed.

Also, make sure that your chiropractic website is optimized for mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. With 60% of searches being on mobile devices, it is important to create a user-friendly experience there.

Lastly, you want to make sure that your website is protected as you will be dealing with sensitive and private information. To build trust with your patients, you want to let them know that their information is secured.

I hope these free guidelines help you to start creating more potential customers and recurring patients.
